We conceptualize, invest in, build and manage restaurants and bars in Jacksonville, Florida. While we have diverse backgrounds between each other, we carry over 30 years of industry experience in financial services and another 50 years of experience in the service industry. Drawing from our combined perspectives, we bring unique culinary concepts to the Jacksonville community.

Alfred Young

Founder - President

Alfred started in the restaurant industry at the age of 14, sticking with it through high school and college. Not long after school, he started a career in corporate America. After 13+ years in InsureTech, Alfred returned to his culinary roots to launch Maple Lane Group. He lives with his wife and 2 children in Jacksonville, on the street for which this company is named.  


Robert Roccapriore

Chief Financial Officer


Rob brings more than 10 years of accounting and finance experience in both public accounting and in industry. His breadth of knowledge includes financial reporting, cash management, budgeting and forecasting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Florida.

Vadim Akimenko

Kurt has over 20 years in Hospitality. While he has taken short breaks here and there to try new things, Kurt has always come back to his true love and calling in the Hospitality Industry. From dishwasher to line cook, bar back to bartender and everything in between, Kurt has finally settled in with MLG as VP of operations and all around spirits and wine nerd. 

Vadim spent 17 years in the Boston Culinary scene after growing up in Orlando. During his time in New England, he perfected his whole animal butchering and charcuterie skills while working at Savernor's Market. After years of study, Vadim was invited to stage at Dario Cecchini’s Antica Macelleria Cecchini in Panzano Tuscany, Italy. Since 2017, Vadim has called Jacksonville home, where he lives with his wife and 2 sons.
